ooh... had a pretty long day man~ before i slept at 3am this morning it suddenly hit me tt i had my drama monologue exam at 9am!!! i was like panicking like hell?? woke up earlier to show my sis and she helped me add stuff here and there.. the end result turned out to be pretty funnie.. as usual i'm da drama mama.. was realli nervous but had lotsa fun at the exam! i wore this apron and had a few hair curlers in my hair.. and i was afraid tt i'd take too much time getting ready so my sis did my hair while i practised at home.. walked to sch in the hair curlers man.. everyone was staring at me. i even met mulia at the tram stop so he got stuck getting embarrassed by me on the tram. heheheh
the kitchen is a murderer's paradise. saucepans crack, knives chop, scissors stab, matches burn, microwaves electrocute, kettles of boiling water scald - the possiblities are endless - especially when you have an axe to grind.
it's funny really - considering we spend most of the time in the kitchen. why is it male murderers often want to cook their victims? i'm surprised they know how. but me - i'm an expert cook - i can disguise anything. the times i've served up yesterday's remains and with a little bit of this and a little bit of that, called it a french name and fooled my husband into thinking he was eating something truly fresh and exotic. well, food - like sex - is all in the mind.
kenneth went to great lengths to encourage my interest in everything culinary. well naturally, husbands want their wives to be good and careful cooks - their very health depends upon it. but how many wives have pondered poison while stirring in the gravy, then backing down at the last minute, just spat in it instead. it's food for thought though, isn't it? ---- "the woman who cooked her husband"
i had more than 2 hours free from sch today.. lunchtime + the 3rd period.. so i followed wei chan to get a bank draft in da city.. took quite a while.. but i was enjoying myself munching on mo far kor while he was queueing up hehe.. lit tutorial after tt was like.. boring.. it's been a while since i got bored at lit tute cos i'm usually very interested in wad the tcher has to sae.. but today i was realli sick and sleepy.. i nodded off like a dozen times.. oops.. had a great dinner after tt~ the deputy education minister of brunei visited trinity and had dinner with bruneian current and some ex-trinity students. i was da onli one who called ex-students to come man.. like my childhood fren ivan, his sis, my sis and a coupla my sis's frens~ tt was quite a number. FOOD WAS DAMN GOOD! especially the dessert!! some kinda orange cake surrounded by cream.. haven' tasted such a cake before~! altho it was a one-main-course meal.. it was very filling.. by the time i got to the cake i cud barely finish it~ why does the trinity chef alwaes cook realli good food for special occasions but lunchtimes at the dining hall aren't tt nice? haha.. oh the deputy edn minister seemed like a realli nice man~ turned out he and my dad were childhood frens. cool ah? brunei has such a small population tt everyone noes each other man.. it's like one huge friendster! in other ctries it's more surprising to get to noe a minister but in brunei i guess it's impt to noe at least one or two.
